Resisting the urge to buy… use what you have!

We all get in those ways… we spontaneously want to reorganize under the sink. It’s gotten out of control. “I want this done quick”, you think.

So to solve the problem (that you created yourself lol) you search on Amazon for “pull out under-sink storage”, measure the opening (tbh, in a rush so you don’t talk yourself out of it), click “buy now”. That easy… right?

But now you have to wait, you are $80 less rich, and you find that not so long later a stash of plastic bins you forgot about in your recent move. “Ah man that would’ve worked just fine for this.” You feel the twinge of guilt for not using them.

OR!!! You could peek around your house before rushing to buying new and try those plastic bins to begin with. Maybe they’ll work, maybe they won’t.

But don’t rob yourself of the satisfaction of it fitting perfectly.
